I have always been a picky eater and I am the same when it comes to my beverages. I love water but sometimes I feel I need a bit of flavour to it and this is why I love Catalyse because they taste fantastic and are healthy at the same time.

So far all my yoga students who tried Catalyse loved their taste and immediately asked where they can order more for themselves.

I started out with the sampler mix case so I could try all the flavours - Mayi and Coral are my favourites. Really light and refreshing, they’re perfect for the mid-afternoon work slump or as an alcohol free alternative. I also really like that the ingredients are healthy and have specific benefits that vary for each drink! I’ll definitely be buying more.

I loved trying them all out but my personal favourites are Acqua and Coral. They’re the perfect drink after a long day at work when you’re in need of a pick me up: healthy, great-tasting and guilt-free (although I do have to admit they also make lovely mixers for those Friday gins!).

We discovered Catalyse back in the spring, and find the flavours such a refreshing change from anything else, that they have now become a stable part of our fridge compartment. No longer do we feel the need to compromise our health to get a satisfying and energising bolt of rehydration.

I’ve tried all of the flavours from catalyse. They are definitely very fun to drink. For someone that has to drink a lot of water to stay hydrated it makes my life 1 million times easier. The added benefits that those drinks give you if consistently consumed are absolutely fabulous.
