• Ingredients

    1 can of Mayi
    1 tbsp coconut cream
    1 tbsp fresh mint leaves
    Juice of 1 lime
    2 tsp honey

  • Preparation

    1. Add coconut cream, mint leaves, lime juice & honey to a cocktail shaker and muddle
    2. Fill a glass with ice
    3. Strain the coconut cream mixture over the ice
    4. Top with Mayi
    5. Garish with a revitalising spring of mint

    1 can of Mizu

    Chilli salt

    Fresh ginger

    Dried birds-eye chilli

    Lime leaf

    (Optional - Dehydrated raspberry)

  • Preparation

    1. Grab a martini glass
    2.Wet the rim & roll in chilli salt
    3.Pour Mizu over ice
    4.Slice 4 lines into an inch of ginger, add to the rim so it's semi submerged to release it's gingery goodness
    5.Sprinkle in the birds-eye chilli
    6.Float in a lime leaf
    7.For a sweeter variation, add some dehydrated rasberry pieces to give a bittersweet experience

  • Ingredients

    1 can of Coral
    Mint leaves
    Coriander seed
    3 lemon slices
    3 lime slices

    (Optional - Eucalyptus sprigs)

  • Preparation

    1. Pour Coral over ice
    2. Gently rub fresh mint leaves together (to release the oils) & add
    3. Squeeze in the lime & lemon wedges
    4. Sprinkle in some coriander seeds
    5. Add a sprig of eucalyptus & stir together

    1 can of Acqua

    1 Blood orange

    Dired juniper berries

    1 Rosemary sprig

    Cardamon pods

  • Preparation

    1. Pour Acqua over ice
    2. Sprinkle in the cardamom pods & dried juniper berries
    3.Add a sprig or rosemary & swirl it all together

    5. Float in the blood orange
