Ingredients
1 salmon fillet
Mixed leaves (spinach, rocket or watercress)
½ orange or grapefruit (segments)
¼ cucumber (sliced)
Handful pomegranate seeds (optional but VERY glow)
Fresh herbs (mint or basil)
1 Can of Mizu
Hibiscus Glaze
2 tbsp strong hibiscus or Catalyse Beauty tea (cooled)
1 tsp honey
Squeeze of lemon
Pinch of salt
Dressing
1 tbsp olive oil
Squeeze lemon
Tiny drizzle honey
Preparation
1. Pan-sear or oven-bake salmon
2. In the last minute, brush with hibiscus glaze and let it caramelise lightly
3. Build salad base with leaves, citrus, cucumber
4.Place salmon on top & Scatter pomegranate + herbs
