Ingredients

90g of Ground almonds

40g of Oats

1 Tbsp of matcha

2 Tbsp of maple syrup

1 Tbsp of nut butter

1 Tbsp of chia seeds

1 Tsp vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Crushed pistachios

2 Tbsp of Mayi

Preparation

1. Mix together the almonds, oats, matcha, chia & salt

2. Add the nut nutter, maple syrup, vanilla & Mayi

3. Roll into little bite size balls of green energy

4. Roll in the crushed pistachios

5. Chill for 20 minutes & enjoy with the rest of your Mayi for that pre-workout boost!
