Ingredients
1 Can of Mayi | 1 Tbsp coconut cream | 1 Tbsp fresh mint leaves | Juice of 1 lime | 2 Tsp honey
Preparation
1. Add coconut cream, mint leaves, lime juice & honey to a cocktail shaker and muddle 2. Fill a glass with ice 3. Strain the coconut cream mixture over the ice 4. Top with Mayi 5. Garnish with a revitalising spring of mint
