A dusky berry cool-down with calming botanicals & magnesium for a dreamy unwind
Ingredients
1 Can of Mizu (Or Acqua) | 120ml of unsweetened, tart cherry juice | 2 tsp of magnesium glycinate | 1/2 a lemon (optional) | 1 Sprig of Rosemary |A couple of cherries for garnish
Preparation
1. Pour the cherry juice over ice 2. Stir in 2 tsp of Magnesium 3. Top up the glass with Mizu 4. Garnish with an optional squeeze of lemon juice, stir & Serve with a sprig of rosemary - Enjoy!
