Tropical Green-Tea Chicken & Mango Salad

A flavoursome, energising salad designed for warm days and post-workout resets.
Juicy mango, fresh greens and protein-rich chicken - lifted with citrus and subtle green tea notes for clean, steady energy.

Ingredients

1 grilled chicken breast (sliced)

½ ripe mango (cubed) 🥭

Mixed leaves (rocket, spinach or baby gem)

¼ cucumber (sliced or ribboned)

½ avocado (optional but elite)

Fresh mint + coriander

1 tbsp toasted seeds (pumpkin/sunflower)

1 Can of Mayi

Dressing 

Juice of ½ lime

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp honey

Pinch of salt

Optional -tiny splash of Mayi

Preparation 

1. Grill or pan-sear chicken, then slice

2. Layer leaves, cucumber, mango and avocado

3. Add warm chicken on top

4. Scatter herbs + seeds

5. Whisk dressing and drizzle over

6. Toss gently & Serve with the remaining Mayi
